Q: Are you a billing company?
A: Receivable Management Solutions, is much more than a billing company. We are able to add specialized skills to the financial stability of any practice by bringing individual skill sets as needed. Q: Are you a collection agency?
A: RMS is a consulting company hired by medical providers to obtain reimbursement from insurance companies for services provided.
Q: Do you handle all types of insurance companies?
A: YES, RMS does. RMS staff has experience with various third party payers. Their experience includes federal (Medicare, Champus), state (Medicaid programs), and private (commercial and HMO).
Q: Do you handle patient collections?
A: RMS will pursue the recovery of patient payments "on behalf of a medical provider", i.e. copayments, deductibles, and non-covered services, however, RMS does not report to any credit bureaus and is not a collection agency. All patients call our office with any questions that they may have regarding their claims or statements. Questions are answered courteously, and every effort is made to expedite a settlement. Patient support is never compromised.
Q: Do you handle all types of medical providers?
A: RMS specializes in medical accounts receivables management for all aspects of today's healthcare operations within surgery centers, surgical hospitals, hospitals, home health agencies, long-term care facilities, retirement communities, durable medical equipment providers, and physician practices.

Q: What support can I get?
A: We have dedicated and readily available customer support to all our existing client who will handle all the queries by phone, email, or fax from our offices. Our office hours are between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern standard time.
